Any errors in the personalised details given to us by the customer i.e. spelling mistakes in the name or the incorrect date of birth, can be rectified, but will incur a nominal charge of £5 for us to re-produce and send out a replacement unframed version.  We are very sorry we have to insist on this but it’s due to the time required to re-produce the item and to cover the extra postage and packing costs incurred.   If the error is ours, then we will send out a replacement free of charge. The back of the frame is easily opened and you can swap over the original with the replacement.
